Information we use
Venice uses the Discord account ID and username supplied when you sign in with Discord, the Stripe subscription and payment identifiers for your checkout, subscription status, a machine identifier that locks the app to one PC, support messages you send in the Venice Discord, and security/audit events required to operate the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Venice does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe supplies the subscription information needed to grant, renew or revoke access, and sends your receipt by email.
Purpose
We process this information to grant and maintain access, verify entitlements, prevent duplicate trials and fraud, provide support, perform PC resets and maintain security audit logs.
Retention
Purchase and security records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling and service integrity. Support records are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
Sharing
Information is shared only with infrastructure and payment providers needed to operate Venice, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You may cancel your subscription yourself in the Stripe billing portal. For an access or deletion request, contact staff through the official Venice Discord support channel.
