A free seven-day trial, with no card required, starts on the zaeorion.com home page so you can verify compatibility before paying.
Digital access
Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally final after activation. Duplicate charges or confirmed technical failures that staff cannot resolve will be reviewed individually.
Requesting help
Open a purchase-support ticket in the official Discord from the Discord account the subscription is linked to, and include the email address on your Stripe receipt and a description of the issue. Never post a one-time connection code publicly.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time yourself in the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not a refund of that period.
Disputes
A refund, payment dispute or chargeback automatically revokes the related entitlement while the transaction is reviewed.
